How soon should I expect my order to arrive?

Australia Post Tracked - Arrives in approximately 3 - 5 business days

DHL Express international Tracked - Arrives in 3 to 5 working days

(Working days are Monday-Friday. Public holidays excluded.)

How do I take care of my timepiece and band

All Eiris watches are 5ATM Water Resistant, please pat dry if you are swimming or showering with your timepiece. Try to avoid exposure to sunlight for long periods of time to prevent discolouration to the face and band.

Please protect the leather band attached to the timepiece to ensure it lasts. We recommend that you keep your band as dry as possible at all times. If using leather cleaner, please follow instructions carefully.

What if I forget to apply my discount code?

Oops we are sorry to hear this, Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

If you request a cancellation of your order we cannot always 100% guarantee that it will be cancelled. We physically cannot cancel orders after 30 minutes of you placing your order. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.

What if I put the incorrect shipping address?

If you put the wrong shipping address you need to email us within 30 minutes of the purchase. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes will go through. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.

I would like file a Warranty Claim

Your watch face is covered by a 24 month warranty from the original date of purchase. The warranty does not cover:
• Battery, case, band/strap
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents (dents, crushing, knocks or impacts), or normal wear and tear
• Water damage that exceeds 5ATM

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.

If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be replaced free of charge. Once we receive your timepiece, please allow up to 10 working days for processing of replacements.
